By purchasing, installing, or using Lion CRM (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Extension. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Lotsofcode Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
Lion CRM is a Chrome extension that enhances WhatsApp Web with CRM features including AI chatbot, bulk messaging, Kanban board, follow-up automation, and other business tools. The Extension operates within the user’s browser and requires an active internet connection, a compatible Chromium-based browser, and WhatsApp Web to function.
Important: Lion CRM is not a cloud-based service. Automated features (scheduled messages, AI chatbot, Fluxo chatbot flows, follow-up sequences) only function when the user’s computer is powered on and WhatsApp Web is open in the browser.
Lion CRM offers a 7-day free trial that activates automatically upon first installation from the Chrome Web Store. The trial provides full access to all features with no credit card or signup required. The free trial is available to first-time users only — one trial per WhatsApp number.
After the free trial, Lion CRM is available on the following paid plans. All plans are single-user, non-transferable licenses covering up to 4 devices on 1 WhatsApp number. No auto-renewal — you choose when and how to renew.
Note on ₹99 Offer: The ₹99 first-month price is a one-time introductory rate available to new users only. After the first month, continued access requires renewal at the standard monthly (₹299), 6-month (₹1,499), or annual (₹2,360) plan rate of your choice.
Payments are processed securely through PhonePe payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. The Company does not store payment card details.

Lion CRM stores all CRM data locally in the user’s browser. We do not collect, access, or transmit WhatsApp messages, contacts, or media. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Important — WhatsApp Account Risk: Lion CRM operates within WhatsApp Web and uses automation features such as bulk messaging. WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts that it detects are sending bulk or automated messages. Lotsofcode Private Limited is not responsible for any WhatsApp account restriction, suspension, or ban resulting from your use of the Extension. Users are advised to use bulk messaging and automation features responsibly.
The Extension integrates with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) using the user’s own API keys. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Users should review the respective terms and privacy policies.
Lion CRM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to maintain a reliable and bug-free product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with future WhatsApp Web updates, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Lotsofcode Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, or WhatsApp account restriction. Since all CRM data is stored locally in your browser, data loss due to browser changes, extension reinstallation, or device changes is solely the user’s responsibility. Users are strongly advised to regularly use the Backup & Restore feature to safeguard their data.
Lion CRM follows a strict No Refund Policy. Since Lion CRM is a digital software product, all sales are final once the license key is delivered. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or inability to use the product due to incompatible hardware or software.
We strongly encourage all users to use the 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the product before purchasing. The trial provides complete access to every feature at no cost and with no credit card required. Please contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase.
All software updates, new features, and bug fixes are included only during your active license period. Once your license expires, the Extension will continue to work with the version available at the time of expiry, but you will no longer receive new updates until you renew.
Important — Data Backup Before Updating or Reinstalling: All Lion CRM data (contacts, templates, CRM notes, settings, chatbot flows, etc.) is stored locally in your browser. If you update Chrome, reinstall the extension from the Chrome Web Store, or switch to a new device or browser profile, your data may be lost.
Before updating or reinstalling the extension, always use the Backup & Restore feature inside Lion CRM to export your data. After reinstalling, import your backup to restore all your data. Lotsofcode Private Limited is not responsible for any data loss resulting from extension updates, browser changes, or failure to take a backup.
User licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Licenses do not auto-renew. Users will be notified before expiration and can renew through the purchase page. Upon renewal, access to all new updates resumes from the renewal date for another license period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Extension after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pali, Rajasthan, India.
