Lion CRM is a browser extension that operates entirely within your browser. All CRM data — including contacts, notes, labels, kanban board entries, templates, follow-up sequences, and chat profiles — is stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your WhatsApp messages, contacts, or media on any external server. Your WhatsApp data never leaves your browser.
Important — Data Loss Risk: Since all data is stored locally in your browser, your Lion CRM data will be lost if you uninstall the extension, reinstall Chrome, clear browser data, or switch to a new device or browser profile. We strongly recommend using the Backup & Restore feature inside Lion CRM regularly to keep your data safe. Lotsofcode Private Limited is not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser changes, extension reinstallation, or failure to take a backup.
Lion CRM operates within WhatsApp Web and provides automation features including bulk messaging, scheduled messages, and chatbot flows. WhatsApp may detect and restrict or ban accounts that send bulk or automated messages, particularly at high volumes or in patterns it considers spam.
Lotsofcode Private Limited is not responsible for any WhatsApp account restriction, suspension, or ban resulting from your use of the Extension. Users are advised to use automation and bulk messaging features responsibly and in accordance with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
